Coupland's Bakeries Ltd will ensure all information gathered on their web sites will be used in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act and as such all information will be kept secure and only used for the purpose for which it was gathered.
Accuracy
The website attempts to be as accurate as possible. However we do not warrant that product descriptions or any other content on the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your remedy is to return it to us in an unopened, good condition form and we will refund your purchase.

Payment details
Orders must be paid with either a New Zealand issued Visa or Mastercard. Only $NZ are accepted.
Credit card security
We take the security of your information very seriously. Our e-commerce system uses the latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology - the industry standard for encryption technology. Our payment system is run by DPS, one of New Zealand's leading payment systems available, the same of which is used by other major NZ businesses.
GST Tax invoice
We email a GST tax invoice with your confirmation of order.
Money back guarantee details
Coupland's Bakeries Ltd offer a full money back guarantee on any defective/damaged product. A refund can be processed through the online system, with a refund to your credit card. If the products do not arrive in good condition please contact us on freephone 0800 366887 or email us online@couplands.co.nz All requests for a refund must be received within 7 days of dispatch.
Product availability
We try to give accurate stock information on our web site, but as yet we don't run a live update system. When stocks get low we can't promise we will always have what you have ordered. We do update the stock availability on the site every working day.
Sometimes we simply sell out. If this happens we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and arrange a refund for the goods.
Shipping details
Goods may only be directed to a NZ address – should you wish to send an item overseas then please contact us on freephone 0800 366887 or email us online@couplands.co.nz to discuss whether we can provide you with this service.
Items will be couriered to the NZ based address requested by you. If you are on rural delivery, the order will be couriered to your closest town and delivered to you by your rural delivery driver. For orders to a south Island address which are received by 3 pm, we aim to have your goods to you the next day (For rural deliveries allow an extra day). If your order is going to a North Island address then our aim is to have the goods to you within 2-3 days. (For rural delivery allow an extra day)
Once your goods have been dispatched you will be provided details of a tracking code for your goods. Each CourierPost parcel or Trackpac has a unique barcode that is scanned throughout its journey. If you log on to www.courierpost.co.nz you can follow the progress of your parcel through “Track & Trace”. The barcode number is on the confirmation email we send to you when your goods are dispatched.
